At Eclipxir WellBeing, transparency and trust are at the heart of what we do. Please review our store policies below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Policy

We currently ship nationwide within the UK and will soon offer international delivery.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery times vary by courier and location.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery delays are beyond our control.


3. Damaged or Broken Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos.
We will send a replacement free of charge.
We are continuously improving our packaging — with sturdier boxes and protective wrap — to reduce the chance of breakages.


4. Missing or Wrong Items

If an item is missing or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send the correct or replacement item at no extra cost.


5. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days, at the customer’s shipping cost.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Sale items, bundles, and promotional items are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.


7. Product Safety

All products are made with natural, plant-based ingredients and are free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, and harsh chemicals.
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before use.


8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
Please note that customs delays can occur and are outside of our control.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Eclipxir is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We strongly recommend selecting tracked delivery for added security and peace of mind.
